love this book – will really help me with med surg. rotation . the one i got was used but i wish i got it new as i will use this a lot and pass it down to a new nursing student — has great science rationales along with the interventions – if you can only afford one med surgical care plan book – this looks a winner!

I am a second level ADN nursing student and this book has helped to cut my care plan time in half. The diagnosis are sorted by medical disorder and come complete with rational. There is also a CD that comes with it so you do not have to carry the book around. It may seem like alot of money but the time it saves is absolutely worth it. I have recommended it to 2 others from my class and the love it also.

I am a nursing student and found this book very helpful. It’s easy to understand, has a ton of information. Much easier to use than the one our school recommended.

This book is fantastic. It breaks things down by body system and then by disorder. It has been a HUGE help to me in clinical to help with creating personalized care plans. A must have for any nursing student.

Now this book help me get to bed by 10 during clinicals in Med-Surg. This book has scientific rationales and about every disorder that you can think of. If you are in Med-Surg and need scientific rationales for you care plan try this book. I brought about 3 other care plan books that I couldn’t use because the rationales were not scientific enough.. So if you want to get to bed early…Purchase this book.
